I have uploaded a new version of the patch for printing on US
Letter, the previous one was lacking the updated Postscript prologue.
For those having problems with the previous version, they can get the
prologue "psthot.pro" and the new printing script "PsPrint" from the
same place. These files should be put in the /usr/local/thot/bin
directory.
