I think that I have fixed your problem.
When you create a document Letter, it is first displayed using a presentation schema
called "Form French" where the name of the fields appears. It is not devoted to be printed
and therefore the schema is called "without page format".
When you want to print such a letter, you have to change de presentation schema
before select the print command.
In the document menu, there is an entry called "Presentation" which proposes
the schemas available for the document.
For each type of document, there is a set of presentation schemas proposed.
For Letters, you can choose different English models such as Forms, standard presentation
(i. e. with pagination) for A4 or US formats.
When you select US format in the print menu, it is just for selecting the paper track
of the printer. It has no effect on the formatting procedures.
If you try to print (or produce a PostScript file) a document which is displayed
using a "without page format", the editor prints just the part corresponding to first
part of the document if you don't push the repaginate button in.
In the case where you push the repaginate button in, the print process stops and produces
a core file ! (it's a bug that will be fixed in the next release).
Hope that helps you,
Cecile
